The following rental information is for residents of the 30030 zip code:
- The person who signs the Use Agreement (Contract) and makes payments for the rental rate and security deposit must reside in the 30030 zip code.
- The Resident Rate is 50% of the regular rental rates. Rentals are for an 8-hour block and include set-up, event time and breakdown/clean-up.
- The security deposit is $500, of which $400 is refundable after the event if there is no damage to The Solarium. The remaining $100 covers the cost for a Solarium staff member to be present throughout the entire rental block.
- The Solarium may be booked at the Resident Rate no more than 60 days prior to the event date. (Residents who wish to book The Solarium more than 60 days in advance will have to pay full rental rates.)
- Residents who are also senior citizens (65+ years of age) may book The Solarium at 75% of the regular rental rates (all other rules and conditions apply).
