Highlights of renting The Solarium for your next event include:

	Maximum capacity: 200 for standing reception, 150 for seated meal, plus additional outdoor spaces.
	Outside catering and alcohol are allowed (the client can hire or supply their own).
	Rental rates are for an 8-hour block of time (including setup, event and clean-up). Additional hours may be added in advance to the start of the rental block for $100 per hour. Setup and clean-up are the responsibility of the client.
	Included in the rental rate: (x10) 6’ rectangular tables (x7) 60” round tables (each table seats 8-10 people) (x12) 36” round tables (each table seats 4-5 people) (x100) natural wood folding chairs with an ivory padded seat
	A separate, private space is perfect for use by the wedding party or as a breakout room.
	Kitchen area includes: Refrigerator, L-shaped countertop, sink and microwave.
	Approximately 60 parking spaces in back of the building, as well as street parking on both sides of the street in front of the building.
	50% of the rental rate and a security deposit are required to reserve the facility; the remaining balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the event.
	The security deposit is $500, which is refundable after the event if use of the space has not exceeded the contracted time, and there is no damage to the space per the rental agreement.
	Rice paper lanterns are available in three sizes (10", 20" &/or 30" diameters) for rental at $10/each. The max number of lanterns available in each size is 10. Installation & removal of lanterns is $50 (total).
	Additional site visits for wedding party and vendors may be scheduled during office hours or by appointment.

* Proof of Non-Profit status (501(c) 3 certification) is required. Non-Profit rates are available for Sunday-Thursday, April-December only. Fridays and Saturdays are available in January, February & March only.
